Please call our office to make an appointment in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient needing care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and accommodate our patients’ needs.

Fees & Payments
We make every effort to keep down the costs of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, debit, Mastercard and Visa for your convenience. If we are participating providers with your insurance company, we will bill them and collect your co-pay due at the time of service. However, you are responsible for payment of your medical care. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling your insurance claims.
Prescriptions & Renewals
Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals during our regular business hours. In the interest of patient safety, we will not refill prescriptions after hours. Please allow 24 hours to make arrangements for prescription refills.
